Sie ist relativ offen, nicht\neindeutig bis ins kleinste Detail definiert. Dadurch ergeben sich auch sehr\nviele gute Ankn\u00fcpfungspunkte an das Projektmanagement &#8211; an vielen Stellen des\nProzesses.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Im Design Thinking gibt es ein sehr gro\u00dfes Toolkit an\nKreativmethoden, die eingesetzt werden, um Ideen zu generieren und zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen\noder in die Konzeption einzusteigen. Dazu geh\u00f6ren zum Beispiel altbekannte\nMethoden wie das Brainstorming oder Mindmaps oder auch stark mit diesem\nFramework assozierte Methoden wie etwa die How-might-we-Methode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Prinzip bedienen sich Design Thinker allen Tools, die zum\nAnwendungsfall passen, differenzieren hier nach der Art des Kreativtriggers &#8211;\nsehr offen oder zielgerichtet &#8211; und auch nach dem Schwierigkeitsgrad und der\nKomplexit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und genau darin liegt die St\u00e4rke dieses Frameworks: Vom Grundsatz her sind sie die Methoden zwar eigentlich vor der Implementierungsphase angesetzt, also bevor das klassische Projektmanagement beginnt. Aber: Sie sind sehr offen und lassen sich gut adaptieren und somit auch sehr gut ins klassische und agile Projektmanagement integrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beispiel: Stakeholder-Management im Requirements Management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei der Entwicklung von Software spielt das Requirements\nManagement oftmals eine wichtige Rolle: Die Anforderungen an die\nSoftwareentwicklung sollen m\u00f6glichst pr\u00e4zise festgehalten werden. Sprich:\nGerade das Stakeholdermanagement spielt hier eine gro\u00dfe Rolle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um diese nun auch wirklich gut zu erfassen, k\u00f6nnen zum\nBeispiel spezielle agile Interviewtechniken helfen, aber auch\nStatementformulierungen wie bei der Jobs-to-be-Done oder der\nHow-might-we\u2026?-Methode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die unterschiedlichen Dimensionen und Attribute lassen sich sehr gut mit einer ganzen F\u00fclle an Design-Thinking-Methoden erweitern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beispiel: PMI, Prince2 und andere Projektmanagementframeworks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Insbesondere die verschiedenen Methoden des Prototyping sind\nsehr hilfreich f\u00fcr alle klassischen Projektmanagementframeworks. Denn die\nVisualisierung &#8211; zum Teil mit einfachsten Mitteln &#8211; hilft au\u00dferordentlich\ndabei, dass das komplette Team am gleichen Ziel arbeitet. Denn die Praxis zeigt\nimmer wieder: Hier ein einheitliches Verst\u00e4ndnis zu erzeugen, klingt in der\nTheorie einfach, ist in der Praxis aber oft schwer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber auch zum Lean Business geh\u00f6rende Methoden wie etwa das\nLean Business Canvas helfen sehr dabei, sehr schnell ein Bild \u00fcber das\nzugrundeliegende Businessmodell zu generieren. Unterst\u00fctzt wird hier der\nAustausch ebenfalls \u00fcber eine Vielzahl an Kreativmethoden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch hier liegt der Fokus immer auf der Einfachheit der Methoden, sodass sie sich ohne gro\u00dfen Aufwand gut in den normalen Projektplan integrieren lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beispiel: SCRUM in der tagt\u00e4glichen Praxis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>SCRUM ist wie Design Thinking ein agiles Framework, bei dem\nimmer auch die verschiedenen Stakeholder &#8211; insbesondere auch der Endnutzer &#8211; im\nFokus stehen. Wie nun der Endnutzer ganz konkret und praktikabel in die\nEntwicklung integriert werden soll, bleibt allerdings relativ offen. Design\nThinking bietet hier viele Ans\u00e4tze, etwa durch die verschiedenen Methoden der\nObserve-Phase &#8211; Interview, Beobachtung und Experiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So k\u00f6nnen beispielsweise die User-Stories durch Elemente von Empathy-Maps und Personas, aber auch durch eine gezielte Erhebung von unterschiedlichen Bed\u00fcrfnisebenen etwa mithilfe der Jobs-to-be-Done-Methode deutlich bereichert werden.
